Use boxes to stand against violence

Perspektive für Kinder eV set up its mobile boxing ring at GSO Bremen on 13.06.2013 and was able to win the former boxing world champion Levent Cukur to pass on his experience to the youngsters in grades 6 and 7.
The new project Anto-Aggression Training is intended to make an important contribution to the prevention of violence. The young people should not only recognize patterns of violence and avoid conflicts, but above all gain the necessary self-confidence to use prevention techniques and to live permanently thereafter.
The project series is to be continued at Bremen schools in 2013. New text

Violence prevention project

In cooperation with the elementary school on Parsevalstraße, a program has been developed which offers children a contact point for problems and solutions to quarrels and conflicts.
Low-performing and behavior-prone children are given separate care in order to gain a positive self-image and strengthen their personality. The violence prevention project has also been implemented since 2010 in the school on Glockenstrasse.

Down the street, up to the horse

The elementary school Uphuser Straße got the opportunity to open a vaulting AG on the Schimmelhof. When dealing with the horse, the children are challenged in their sporting and motor skills and learn to comply with rules. They become more self-confident, can compete much better in the classroom and pursue meaningful employment.
